The Detroit Tigers are a professional Major League Baseball team based in Detroit, Michigan, competing in the American League Central Division. Established in 1894, they are one of the oldest franchises in the league and have a storied history, including four World Series titles. The Tigers play their home games at Comerica Park, which opened in 2000 and stands in the heart of Downtown Detroit. Even though there were some struggles in the last couple of years, the Tigers have a loyal fanbase and a very proud legacy, including Hall of Famers like Al Kaline, Ty Cobb, and Alan Trammell.
